What's Happening in Orlando in October

It’s October, that means fall has come and the parks in Orlando are all decked out for the season. You’ll find pumpkins everywhere and there are special events and parties for Halloween at nearly all of the Orlando attraction areas including Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween party and the Halloween Horror Nights in Universal Studios.

So here’s a rundown of everything going on in Orlando in the month of October.

What’s New in Orlando?

As we mentioned in last Month: Galaxy’s Edge has officially opened in Hollywood Studios in WDW. This fully immersive experience takes you to the planet of Batuu, where the Resistance clashes with the First Order daily, Smugglers Run their goods through the local shipping lanes and echos of an old order are waiting for you in surprising places.

There are new additions to Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party this year as well!

Halloween Horror Nights

Universal Studios is the place to go if you want a truly terrifying time at Halloween. With 10 horrifying maze-like houses, zones dedicated to full contact chases and an age advisory of 13 and up this event isn’t for the faint of heart!
