On October 15th, Legoland Florida will celebrate its first year of operation with half-price tickets and a prize patrol at the theme park.
Your special priced tickets must be purchased online  in advance (http://florida.legoland.com/firstbirthday) and are good only on Monday, Oct. 15, 2012.  Admission for the day will be $37.50 general, $32.50 for ages 3-12.  There is a limit of six tickets per purchase, and the offer is good up to a maximum of 5,000 tickets sold.
A prize patrol will roam the Winter Haven theme park to surprise guests with gifts such as food vouchers, model-shop tours, front-of-line passes for rides, admission tickets and annual passes, including Merlin Annual Passes USA, which allow entry to Legoland and its water park plus all Merlin Entertainment attractions in the United States for a year.
Operating hours on the anniversary day of Oct. 15 are 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
Legoland Florida opened a year ago at the previous site of the Cypress Gardens attraction in Polk County. This spring it added a water park option, and next month it is scheduled to open a “Star Wars”-themed section of its Miniland area, which re-creates famous American buildings and scenes such as the New York skyline, the White House, Daytona International Speedway, South Beach and Las Vegas resorts.
Legoland Florida is just a quick drive south from most of Homes4uu’s Orlando vacation homes and Orlando vacation home resorts.
