Homes4uu Was Awesome!
My family and I booked a 5 bedroom with pool home, and I was not expecting the picture perfect home advertised. I was wrong. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and so was the location. We had walmart, target and grocery stores minutes away. Disney was less than 15 minutes away. The children loved it and so did the adults. Checking in and out was easy and smooth. All the info we needed was provided at check-in. I had to call the service center with questions and Mr. Tracy was so customer friendly and willing to help. Great experience. I will do it again. Thanks for a positive experience.

My stay at Home4uu was EXCELLENT
I thought the prices were pretty reasonable and the home was very clean and elegant. Everyone enjoyed their stay and they set up was they ideal home when away from home. I can't get over the private pool because you have no restrictions on how long you can stay in the pool especially at night. Sometimes when you go out during the day and come back late at night, in any normal hotel setting, the pool is closed, but this home had a private pool. The atmosphere was very quiet and welcoming. I felt that I could actually live there. We really enjoy the stay and played with the games provided.

The Customer Service Was Great!
We had a great time at Seabreeze Condo in Maderia Beach. Everything was good. The elevator went out and I could not climb the seven floors very well....but that was temporary.....sore but made it. The customer service was great. The condo was great. We want to come back in April. The checkin person told us you offer a discount for return visit.....please let us know about that. Thank you!

It was everything we were looking for!

Thank You, our stay at the home we rented with Homes4UU a pleasant one. It was everything that we were looking for, clean, modern and with all the amenities that we needed.

We went with two purposes, one because it was our daughter's graduation from Rollins College and for the younger sisters to visit Universal Studios. The home was conveniently situated for both of this situation. When I requested expressed my situation, your office was more than happy to do the search and locate the home to my liking. I have no problems in recommending you guys, as a matter of fact I already did, to someone that I met in Kissimme and to my graduating daughter who is planning a trip back to Rollins/Orlando. EXCELLENT, can’t wait to go back!!
Everything was EXCELLENT!!!! The house was very clean and had just about everything we needed. I was even surprised to find a highchair and crib that i was able to use for my 1yr. old. The kids loved the pool and it was screened in so we didn’t have to worry about bugs. The neighborhood was nice and quiet one of the neighbors let my kids borrow some of their pool toys to play with. We had a great time, nobody wanted to leave!!!

An Outstanding Experience!
This is the first time we’ve rented a vacation home for our travels to Orlando. Typically, we stay at the Liki Tiki Village in Winter Garden, but decided to try something different. We were pleasantly surprised at how elegant the home was which we were assigned. The neighborhood was quiet, and conviniently located to all Disney theme parks in the area. We really enjoyed coming home after a day at Disney and being able to relax in our own private pool and hot tub. This is an awesome way to spend your family vacation!

Great Idea for Family Vacation
The house provided by Homes4uu was in good condition, with a pool. Having the own house provided us with plenty of space, a pool area for the kids and the option to prepare our own meals. It catered for a relaxed family Orlando vacation, in a quiet neighborhood and in close proximitry to Disney World. This beats any 5 star hotel accommodastion by far - we will certainly do it again!

We Loved Homes4uu
This was our first vacation home rental and we loved our home with Homes4uu. We’ll definitely rent again when we return to Orlando. We had a private pool home, and the pool was great. The house was so nice and very clean. Yes, you do have to buy the minimal basics (toilet paper, dish/hand soap), but you can’t complain for what you get in return. Buying groceries at Publix and Walmart saved a tremendous amount by doing breakfasts and many dinners at the house. Our home was a 20 minute drive to DisneyWorld, but it was a very quick and easy drive. Anyone who’s been to DisneyWorld knows part of that drive is just driving into DisneyWorld and getting to the parks. It was so nice coming back to a quiet home each day after being at the parks with all the people.

Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Buy groceries at the Publix and Walmart. We also bought snacks and bottled water to put in our backpack to take to the parks, as drinks and snacks are expensive in the parks. You can refill bottles of water at the drinking fountains at the parks, and there are recycling bins all over the parks. To get our kids to drink more water, we bought water flavor packs to mix in with bottled water, and froze their water bottles each night so they’d be cold all day for them to drink.

HOUSE RENTALS ARE THE BEST.. NEVER RENT A HOTEL ROOM AGAIN !!

This house rental was so relaxing and private. Even though staying at the disney resort may have some advantages, renting your own home CANNOT GET ANY BETTER. If you want a relaxing vaca w/ your own private pool, I recommend this. my 8 yr old daughter had no desires to go to the parks at all, she wanted to stay at the house and swim all day. We had such a great time that we are going back in August! Can�t wait!! We did go to Seaworld for 2 days, it was a short drive about 15 minutes, Disney about 10 mins. Publix super markets are everywhere soo easy access to grocery stores. You must get a BBQ grill, it�s worth the money.I would recommend house rentals, I really cannot see myself staying in a tiny hotel room ever again!!!!!!!!!

Pack light, you can always wash your clothes in your own washer and dryer and also rent a BBQ grill, its about 30 bucks for the whole week. It definitely will save you money. Hold off on the park tixs, your kids may not want to go! You can always get them on that day.

"My family stayed in a three bedroom condo at Lake Berkley From April 20th to April 28th and we really loved the place. It was so clean and in great shape. It was such a shock to see how nice and how large the place was for the money we paid for it. We have told many people about it and have shown people pictures of it and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to rent a condo or a house instead of staying in a motel. I think that next time we come down we would rent a house though because then the children could go swimming when we get back from Disney if they want. Homes are much more comfortable than a hotel room!

We were able to spread out and make ourselves at home. This sure beats staying in a hotel room for a week. This is what you want if you don�t like sharing crowded and noisy pools. The price compares to a good hotel.

Brand new home!

The house looked like new, the place was nice and the experience was great. The only thing was that when got there at 4:00pm, we found out there were no bedding and towels. But, we called the administration and they send a person shortly to take care of that mistake. The place was not so far from Disney and Orlando. We were very close to pharmacies, superstores and supermarkets as well as places to eat. I will recommend the place to stay, specially for families!

Felt at home

Our first time in Florida and the whole trip went off with out a hitch. Nothing went wrong. Getting air ticket from confirmation numbers, car rentals, room keys, or disney passes, all were easy to aquire. I worried for nothing. direction was given and a call back number was available, which I used to clear up a few questions. We had a Ball.

Homes4UU a lovely place

Homes 4uu was wonderful. We were in a cul de sac. It was quiet, private, and family oriented. When we travel again they will be my first preference. My only main concern overall was the maid service. I am a person who cleans all of the time. I know everyone does not do this but visible things should be cleaned ie. hair on the floor, crumbs, spilled liquids on fridge, etc. However, the house and the area we were in along with the pool and Phil who was the go to person with any problems were great.

Honeymooned!!

We were married on May 26th and booked this home for our week�s honeymoon. It was so much more and nicer than we had expected. We were very pleased with everything of the home. We decided we�re coming back next year and spending less time at the parks and more time relaxing and enjoying the home and the pool -- we loved that. We�ll probably not stay at a hotel/motel again when coming to Florida because this home offerred so much more comfort and convenience. Was perfect for us. Very, very nice!

The house we stayed in was very well maintained. All of the rooms were roomy and in great shape. The pool was kept in good condition and was a relief during the heat. This is the was to go.

Would definitely recommend!

This was our first time renting a house for our vacation and if all vacation homes are as beautiful, clean and relaxing as the one we stayed in, we may never stay in a hotel again! We cant say enough good things about the home we stayed in. We didn�t have any trouble with the directions to the house and everything you could possibly need at home was provided. The only thing that would have made our stay any better would have to be to have the pool heated. The temp. of the pool was a little chilly but the kids were still in it almost everyday. We could have had the pool heated but choose not to ,our fault:) Again, we cant say nothing but good things about our experience. It was so good to leave the craziness of Disney world and actually look forward to coming "home" to relax. Hope to do it again soon. Thank You.

It Was Great!

I rented a 3BR-2BA home in Haines City. It was very clean, overlooked the golf course, and well-maintained. The pool was a nice size and clean. I would highly recommend this company and any of their locations in the Southern Dunes development.
