The formal dining room is furnished with a dark wood table and chairs for a night in and there is additional seating in the kitchen dining area for more guests. If you prefer to sit outside and enjoy the Florida sunshine there is an outside patio/lanai with more tables and chairs to accommodate everyone.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all that you will need: full size stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, garage disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots, pans, utensils, flatware, glassware, silverware and more. All you need is to pick up your favorite ingredients, which is simple with grocery stores just minutes away from your home.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor of this home. The main master bedroom which has a king size bed with quality bedding, a wall mounted 32” inch LCD TV with a built in DVD player, luxury dark wood furnishings, a dresser, nigh stands, lamps, a clock, ceiling fan and a walk in closet. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a large tub, walk in shower, his and her sinks, a large mirror and vanity lighting.

The queen bedroom on the first floor also has a 32” inch LCD TV and built in DVD player, a closet, comfy bedding, a chest of drawers, nights and a clock. The bathroom for this bedroom is just outside the bedroom.

Upstairs in this home are 3 more bedrooms. Another king master suite with a king size bed, quality bedding, a wall mounted 32” inch LCD TV with a built in DVD player, luxury dark wood furnishings, a dresser, nigh stands, lamps, a clock, ceiling fan and a walk in closet. There is also an en-suite bathroom.

The fourth and fifth bedrooms also have king size beds, nightstands, 32” inch wall mounted LCD TVs with built in DVD players, closets, plush bedding and ceiling fans. There is another family bathroom on this floor as well.

And what vacation home would be complete without your own private swimming pool? The pool area has comfortable poolside furniture including lounge chairs and a table and chairs. There is also a BBQ grill on the pool deck to make your vacation experience even better. The entire pool deck area is screened in to help keep out any bugs, leaves etc but will still let the sun shine through.
