Additional product purchase will not enhance chances of winning a prize.
1. Eligibility
The Homes4uu Vacation
Story Promotion is offered and open only to legal U.S. residents of the
48 contiguous states, and that are at least 21 years old at the time of
entry. This offer only open to past guests of Homes4uu Vacation Homes.
This offer is subject to all U.S. laws. The offer is void RI, AK, HI,
Puerto Rico and wherever else prohibited and/or restricted by law.
Employees and directors of Homes4uu Vacation Homes, their parents,
affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising & promotion
agencies, and the immediate family or members of the households of such
employees and directors are not eligible. By entering, you agree to
these official rules and the decisions of Homes4uu Vacation Home
Management, Inc., which are final and binding in all respects.
2. How to Enter
To enter on the internet, go to: Homes4uu Vacation Story, and fill out
registration form, including full name, address, daytime phone number,
email address, dates of most recent stay, your Homes4uu story text, and
attaching any photos you wish to share. To enter by mail, send entry
with your full name, address, and daytime phone number, dates of most
recent stay, your Homes4uu story text, and attaching any photos you
wish to share to: Homes4uu Vacation Homes, Attn. Homes4uu Story, 1120
Mann Street, Kissimmee, Florida 34741. All entries and photos submitted
become the property of Homes4uu, and will not be returned. The receipt
of entries will not be acknowledged. Homes4uu is under no obligation to
use submitted entries in advertising and marketing materials. Homes4uu
will not be responsible for lost, delayed, illegible, incomplete or
misdirected entries or any printing errors. Limit one per person per
household. Mail in entries must be postmarked by June 30, 2012. Entries
submitted in violation of the Homes4uu Vacation Story Entry Rules will
be void, including multiple entries.
3. Promotional
Period
Promotional period begins on June 2, 2011 at 5:01 p.m. Eastern Standard
Time (EST), and ends on June 30, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. (EST)
(“Promotional Period”). Mail in entries must be postmarked
by June 30, 2012. Winner will be selected on or after July 14, 2012.
Reservation must be made for a stay within 12 months of drawing
(reservation must be made for dates prior to July 14, 2013).
4. Prizes
1 Grand Prize will be awarded, which will include:
- Seven
night accommodations in an Homes4uu Vacation Home private pool home for
up to eight guests (must agree to rental terms & conditions). Size
and location of accommodation will vary based on size of party &
availability & is at the discretion of Homes4uu Vacation Homes.
- Reservation
may not be redeemed for holiday season dates. Holiday Seasons include:
Christmas, New Year's, Easter, Thanksgiving or Independence Day - see
website for holiday season dates.

All other expenses not
specifically mentioned herein (including, but not limited
to: processing fee, ground transportation from initial point of
departure to airport, car rental, entertainment, airfare, meals, tips,
parking, etc.) are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner.
Once confirmed, trip dates can not be changed by winner; however,
travel is subject to availability, blackout dates, and/or change due to
circumstances beyond the control of Homes4uu. In the event that
Homes4uu cannot find and/or contact an eligible winner, no prize will
be awarded. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible
entries. No substitutions will be allowed, and prize is
non-transferable. No cash value or substitution will be awarded.
Approximate Retail Value of prize: $1400.00. Winner must agree to
rental terms & conditions of Homes4uu Vacation Homes.
5. Additional
Terms & Conditions
Valid credit card in renter’s name will be required at time of
check-in for damage deposit.
6. Liability
By claiming a prize, winner agrees that the prize is awarded upon the
condition that neither Homes4uu or their respective subsidiaries,
affiliates, employees, agents, and/or advertising and promotional
agencies, will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses,
or damages of any kind related to participation in the sweepstakes or
resulting from acceptance, possession or use of the prize. Acceptance
of the prize shall constitute the winner’s agreement that
Homes4uu may use and/or display the winner’s likeness,
biographical information and/or prize information without limitation
for promotional purposes without further consideration where not
prohibited by law.
7. Taxes
All taxes on prize (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the
winner.
8. Winner
Winner will be notified by phone and email on July 14, 2012.
