Terms & Conditions

• Rates are inclusive of local taxes & service fees.
• Six nights minimum stay please.
• Non-refundable damage waiver of $35 applied to balance of reservation.
• Cribs, DVD's, & all misc items available for a nominal fee.
• Check in 3PM - Check out 10AM.
• $10 nightly resort fee at Gulf Coast Condo "included" which includes local calls / parking.
• $200 deposit to confirm - Final payment due 30-days prior to arrival.  

Cancellation Policy: 15 days & beyond, $65 processing fee. 14-8 days, 1 nights room charge. 7 days & within, non-refundable.
