• Rates are per week & "INCLUDES LOCAL TAX".    
• Seven night minimum stay - High season.
• Three night minimum stay - Low season.
• Non-refundable damage waiver of $35 applied to balance of reservation.
• A cleaning fee of $135.00 will apply.  
• 
• Check in 3PM - Check out 10AM - Sorry, no pets permitted.
• February, March, July, Holidays & Special Events Surcharges will apply.
• A $500.00 deposit secures your reservation and is applied towards the balance.
• Final payment due 60-days prior to arrival.  

Cancellation Policy -  All prepaid amounts will be retained as cancel fee unless written notice of cancel is received 90-days prior to arrival. Penalties will be waived if the CONDO is re-rented at the same rate and for the full term of your reservation. All cancels are subject to an admin & non-refundable cancel fee.
