We specialize in Naples Florida vacation home and condominium short term rentals. Our Naples properties are available for rental for a minimum of three nights. We find our busiest rental period is during the winter months with our valued customers from cooler climates joining us for the warmth of the Florida sun.

All properties are located ten to fifteen minutes drive to local golf courses, shopping and restaurant districts, and the sandy Naples Gulf Coast.

Cancel Policy:  Within 15 to eight days, subject to two nights room charges plus applicable tax. Cancels within seven days, non refundable. No changes permitted within 14 days of arrival.

Heated Pools:  $20.00 per day - Please request in advance.
   
Security Deposit:   Upon arrival, all guests are required to register at our office. We will take an imprint and authorization on a major credit card for $250.00 refundable after 30-days or $60.00 non refundable deposit or $1000.00 cash as security deposit.  We will advise in writing and process the charge to credit card on file if damages, losses or additional charges are incurred. No pets or smoking allowed. Guests will be charged $500.00 should smoking occur in our vacation homes.
