Terms & Conditions

• Rates are per NIGHT & include local taxes, service fee and resort fee.    
• Three night minimum stay please.  
• Non-refundable processing fee of $35 applied to balance of reservation.
• Cribs & all misc items available for a nominal fee.
• Check in 3PM - Check out 10AM. 
• 1/nights deposit to confirm - Final payment due 14-days prior to arrival.  

Cancellation Policy -  15 days & beyond, $65 processing fee. 14 days & within, non-refundable.

Resort Fee includes use of Har-Tru tennis courts, use of fitness center, one double beach lounger with cabana or umbrella per accommodation per day, bicycles/helmets, local & toll free phone calls, high speed internet access, daily parking, daily newspaper and daily supply of fresh, ground coffee.

Club Suite & 1/BR Suite:  Additional charge of $15 per person, per night for third & fourth adult.
Two Bedroom Suite:        Additional charge of $15 per person, per night for fifth & sixth adult.
