Terms & Conditions

• Rates are per NIGHT & "INCLUDE" local taxes & service fee.
• Three night minimum stay please.
• Pets permitted - Pet fee will apply. ask for details.
• Non-refundable damage waiver of $35 applied to balance of reservation.
• Cribs & all misc items available for a nominal fee.
• Check in 3PM - Check out 10AM.
• $10 nightly resort fee will apply which includes local calls / parking.
• 1/nights deposit to confirm - Final payment due 14-days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy - 15 days & beyond, $65 processing fee. 14-8 days, 2 nights room charge. 7 days & within, non-refundable.
